I'm new to the Online Chair position, but a veteran on our county's Relay commitee.  When I figured out how to personalize our Event info, etc., I started adding contacts and fundraising info w/out problem.  I wanted to add some info on the Latest Event Info, and after typing it all in, saving it, it disappeared. I emailed a cry for help, but no one has answered me yet, and I hate that there's just a big blank space where our latest info should be. 

Another problem I'm having is how to add more rows to tables--for instance the Team Fundraising page.  I can only put enough info for three fundraisers, and I have more to do, but can't do anything except add another table, and I don't want to do that.

Any suggestions or help is MUCH appreciated.  I want to do my job well, and feel like I haven't so far!

When sending emails through Convio, when a participant has registered several people (self, spouse, children) using the same email address, is there some way to indicate that you want a specific email address to receive only onr copy of the email?

I have a participant that registered online and linked her Facebook page.  She then went into register another participant and used her information.  Somehow her 2 registrations have gotten crossed.  She has raised almost $200 so far but it is not showing the right total on her FB page.  Got any suggestions as to how to reverse this problem?

The "Send Email" help document in the "Help With Relay Online" page is not loading properly.  The other help documents seem to load ok.

I've recently experienced a few participants who registered to pay by cash; but, now want to register by credit card.  I revised their "participation type" to "Early Bird paid by credit card" but discovered the site does not ask for the credit card info.  So I tested the process using my own registration and altered it to reflect payment by credit card.  When nothing happened, I thought it might ask for my credit card info when I try to log in again the next time.  This didn't happen either.  I also thought maybe I would get an email notifying me that someone changed my registration type and requiring me to return to the site and submit my credit card info.  This didn't happen either.

I imagine this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find an answer.  Whenever I send out my coaching / recruitment e-mails, the HTML versions look great, but the Plain Text versions have a bunch of "links" embedded at the bottom of them.  These aren't inserted by me, they're automatically placed there as a "footer" (similar to the links on the HTML version).  What purpose do these links serve in a Plain Text email?  Not only do they clutter up the text, they're not even formatted nicely.

How can I disable them from showing up?

I am trying to add a link to our event's Facebook Fan Page. However the toolbar button "add link" is not available....won't let me click on it.   Help please!!
