I discovered recently that posts via Share&Learn / Forum / -SA ROCN may not appear on the main ROCN discussion thread.

Go to the ROCN Group page and once there, click on create forum topic on the right nav. (If you're a subscriber to SA ROCN and are logged into RelayForLife.org, "South Atlantic Relay Online Chair Network" should appear under "My Groups" on the right nav; clicking on that will also get you to the ROCN Group page.)

Posting from the ROCN Group page will ensure your post is visible to all ROCN subscribers.

I have a team captain who registered her team online by herself. They all have unique usernames and passwords, but their email is the team captains. Because of this no one on her team gets emails unless they are forwarded from the team captain, which I think is a pain. This could've been averted if the team captain didn't registered her WHOLE team in the first place, but whatever... any thoughts on how to fix this?

How do we enter luminaria into the database if they are "purchased" offline?

Is there a way to enter Luminaria Information into the database when the Luminaria is purchased via an offline donation.  From what i can see, this is not possible, but perhaps I am going about it the wrong way.  Suggestions?

Once again we return to the question of Luminaria.  How do we enter Luminaria into the system when they come in as offline donations.  We would like to get our Luminaria information into the database even if they are purchased using a written form.  Suggestions?

Anyone have suggestions to use for a calendar for event sites? I wanted to use Google Calendars, but the HTML code doesn't transfer properly. Anyone use an online calendar that can be imported into an event's site...

I have a question regarding my team registrations.  I have several teams that paid their registrations to the relay staff person.  THey are now trying to get online to register their team but it won't let themcomplete the registration unless they put in a credit card.  This is a new problem.  In the past, we chose the registration type of Team registration already paid.  Any ideas wha might have changed?
