How to Post Videos

So, Trish Snyder posted a great comment on how to post videos- you should really refer to it:

Figured it out - Kinda

Ok, I think I know what is going on, I just can't easily explain it. I CAN, however, walk you through the posting. Follow these steps.

  1. Enter whatever text you want in the post that will contain the video.
  2. Select "Preview".
  3. Make sure that the text is as you want it.
  4. Scroll down until you see the editing window.
  5. Select the purple 'disable rich-text' link found directly under the editing window. Your text will look strange, with a lot of odd characters such as <p> and <a> etc., and all formatting will seem to disappear. Don't worry about it, it should show up fine when it posts.
  6. Enter the video code either above or below the text you already entered.
  7. Select "Submit".

Do NOT select preview again. Even though the video will appear in the preview, for some reason it will not post. I think it has something to do with the fact that the rich text option turns back on after you preview the post and it wipes out the code. Not sure, however.

Need Help locating International Birthday Messages Videos

I am wanting to use the Happy 25th Birthday videos from some of the International Relays at our kick off.  However, I can't find them on here or sharinghope.tv.  I know I have saw them before.  Can anyone tell me how I can find them?

Relay Summit

California's Summit was last weekend.  We were thrilled to have Darci Woodward, Jeff Ross and Pat Flynn speak and inspire us.  I didn't get a chance to take pictures and only got a little video on Saturday morning before we left.  So I slapped it together.

Downloading Videos

Does anyone know how to download the videos off this site?  I have a kickoff this week and would really like to show the 25th hour video, but I need to have it on a cd or my hard drive.  They do not have internet access in this county, due to being so rural.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
