I am new to Relay for Life and am team captain this year for a group that has never participated, needless to say it is a bit overwhelming!  The theme for the Relay event is "Lights, Camera, Take Action Against Cancer."  We would really like something neat to go along with the overall theme, but am clueless.  We are on a tight budget, so it needs to be something rather simple but creativity abounds!  Any suggestions for tent decorations, team names, games or activities at the tent site would be greatly appreciated!

One of my Relays has at TV theme "Stay Tuned for a Cure".  We are trying to come up with ideas for theme laps around this theme as well as other activities.  Any ideas would be appreicated!

     I need your help with some ideas for games to be played at Relay events.  Games must incorporate ideas from Cancer Prevention information.  Such as diet, exercise or any other related ideas.  Any help would be apprecieted.

Every year for the past few years we've always ahd a them for our event, this year we decided to do a "Taste of Relay"  Looking for some fun ideas to share with our team at kick off next week and way to approach our businesses to get involved

I'm looking for Relay Olympics ideas - has anyone ever done this event before and if so what types of games did you do... I was thinking about maybe a water balloon toss instead of an egg toss, a crazy bat race and then i'm stuck, i have no idea of what to do... The Relay Olympics sounds fun but i need help planning it. Our team is fighting back for a cure through boxing. We are having some trouble thinking of how to decorate the campsite with this theme. We had thought to make it look like we are sitting in a boxing ring, but not sure how to achieve this. We are also trying to think of an onsite fundraiser for this, but coming up short on ideas. Anyone have any good ideas for this theme??

My Relay theme is the Amazing Race. I want to include activities to center around the theme, one of which I would like to be a mini Amazing Race. Does anyone have any ideas about how to do this? Anyone ever done anything like it before? Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated!
