HI, I'm trying to come up with backup activities in case it rains, which seems to be all to typical of Pennsylvania whether (it has rained the past 2 years).  I have PLENTY of ideas for outside, but need help with outdoor/indoor games for rain, maybe rain-themed laps?.  We also have limited space indoors, which makes things even more difficult.  I'm hoping that we're not the only relay that has dealt with rain and that another relay has learned to accommodate much better than us :oP

Hello everyone!  This year we're doing a BIRTHDAY theme for our Relay.  I was wondering if anyone else has ever used this theme and if you had any ideas for activities, creative decorations, games, on-site fundraisers... anything really!  :)

So, this is my 2nd year on the Committee and 1st year as Chair. However, it's our community's 10th anniversary for RFL so we want a HUGE event!

We are getting things started with a Relay Rally Fall Festival. I need some help with suggestions for things for our survivors to do. We have some extra t-shirts, so we're bringing those for survivors who registered. But what else can we do? The Festival is going to be an all day event with 5K run, kids activities, Cruise In and Burn Out Contest, Bike Parade, pumpkin carving.... you get the picture. It's not only a great mission opprotunity but also a fundraising one. Now, I just need help to make it special for our survivors.

This is the first year our team is having this type of event. We are going to paint our church purple! From what I've seen this is more of an informational event, but I would like to have some fundraising involved as well...any ideas???

Our Hollywood stars are going to be shining brightly so we hope everyone will stop by to have a mini Photo Shoot

at our booth! We will have several props and fun backgrounds and place your face photo opportunities

to help raise money for the cure :). We also will have treats, bottled water and fun items for purchase to name a few.

One of the fun features of this team is that during the event if you spot one of our Hollywood walkers before any

one else does you will receive a free 50/50 raffle ticket which could win you half of the money collected this year

by our team raffle. We can't wait to see you all there and I am sure we will be easy to spot! Remember you are all

stars for supporting this event soooooo HOORAY 4 YOU 2.

Is there a way of members uploading things to the site?  I have an entertainers agreement that seemed to be
popular but my relay email was down for months and I'm guessing I never got it forwarded to those that
were interested.  I thought maybe I could just have it posted here and anyone could use it.

This is my third year chairing the entertainment committee, and some how I've lost my master list of Ms Relay interview questions.  My Relay is this Saturday (that soon?  I have so much to do!!!) and I was hoping that some of you entertainment chairs could help me out.  Anyone have a list they could e-mail to me?  I'd super appreciate it!  Otherwise, if you can post your suggestions here, I'll try to make sure I log in within the next 24 hours to get the input!

In hopes of having something entertaining at night, I was thinking about doing a dance party (maybe making it a prom theme or something).  In the past, our relay has shown movies at night and I feel like it just encourages people to sleep and contradicts the whole idea of having a 24 hour event.

Has anyone ever done anything like this?  Suggestions as to what lively activities for night would be really helpful!
