Hello this years theme for our relay is sports...I am having a tough time thinking of a creative baton for my team to carry while walking...any ideas?  Our relay is Friday....help!

I only see where you can register for survivor lap ONLY (not part of a team or a team captain).  How do you do this if you are part of a team?  Is this something that has to be done through the office?

I don't see any "promote" link next to the team roster under the team progress as our online chair indicated there should be. 

Anyone have any help???

Has anyone ever made a balloon arch? I am on the committee in Ft-Payne Alabama and our committee members are going to try this for the first time. I know when it comes to stuff like this you always think of a better way on the second time around. Just wondering if anyone could give us some good advice.

I am trying to help in any way that I can during the Angels Camp event. I am not a survivor, however I have had relatives pass away from cancer. I want to show my support by volunteering. Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get involved?

The main page of Fauquier County's website is not displaying the name of the event, there is a dash where "Relay For Life of Fauquier" should be. I checked the event center and the correct event name is there, could this be an HTML error?

I was just crowned Miss Leeds Area 2008, a preliminary pageant to the Miss Alabama Pageant in June. My platform is Fund, Fight, Find~Promoting Cancer Research. With this platform and new title, I will travel throughout the city of Leeds and the city of Hoover to promote cancer awareness and research.

I have been a part of Relay For Life with the American Cancer Society for about ten years now. My grandmother passed away from a cancerous brain tumor. Ever since, my family has been very involved.

Last year I got to participate in three Relay For Lifes throughout the state of Alabama. This year, I would like to take this involvement to the next level. I am working on a Senior Design Project for an Engineering class at my high school. I have decided to focus on Relay for Life and design a new Relay that will hopefully be implemented this Spring. This would be considered both civil and industrial engineering.

I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions of things that were successful with their relays in the past, but also mistakes that allowed preparation for the future. Anything from layout of the site, how to get the community involved, tips for raising money, will all be helpful!

I wasn't sure where else to discuss this, so I figured I'd make a new forum topic.

I enjoy the variety of MySpace templates now available.

I'm wondering if RFL Web site buttons could be added to this.  For instance, the RFL button badge that is displayed in the right column at the bottom.  However, expanding on that with various photos and a way for users to add their own fund raising Web site so that when the button is clicked it'll link right to a personal RFL site and not relayforlife.org.

And maybe adding AIM buddy icons for folks to use.  I know I've got links to my fund raising site in my AIM profile, and a buddy icon would be a cool addition to that!
