One of the elementary schools involved with Relay in my community wants to send a note to any family or individual letting them know that someone they love (or themselves) will be honored/remembered at our Luminaria Ceremony.

I'd like to create a document for them - either a card or a letter - that they can send to those who have provided the information.

Any ideas?
