As the broken record about how awesome this video is, thanks to whomever for getting on this site, in such an easily accessible place. the great thing about this video is its short - only about 3 minutes - so I even have waited on the phone while people watched it.
How many times have you heard its so hard to explain the Relay - this video sure helps.
