We uploaded our October Newsletter with a link (https://secure3.convio.net/tacs/site/TREM/October_2009.pdf?tr.emgmt=fr_doc_download.verList&docID=108790&verID=2&cmd=download&fr_id=24730) on our Newsletters webpage, but it can only be viewed if you are logged in. In looking @ newsletters on other RFL websites, I notice that their links begin with http not https.  How do I fix this so that the newsletter can be viewed without logging on to the website?  Thanks for any help you can give.
