We have several prior year teams that have not yet registered for the 2010 season. I am looking for any sample letters around the theme of "we want you back".

2010 Relay Team Registration
You may be concerned for nothing. Our Relay is in May. We usually average 70 teams - and have 22 registered. A lot of our teams wait until the first of the year to register; they like to wait until after Christmas. We send out information weekly to all our prior registrants. This does help to get teams registered - and keeps Relay in their minds!
Remember, the new sites just went active less than two months ago. There's still lots of time - depending on when your Relay is!

I like to send out a group email to teams I haven't heard from and do a 'team roll call'. I ask who plans on signing up. Then I follow it up with a direct email to anyone who hasn't registered or answered, and ask them if they plan on returning to the event. If they say no we ask why to make sure it wasn't a bad experience or misunderstanding that is keeping the away!
