I have put a calendar on my Relay's website using www.calendars.net.  It can be set up with an administrator to add all of the entries, or it can be opened so anyone can add info.  I linked it to a page I created for the left navigation bar.  When you click on the page, up pops the current month on the calendar - with the next twelve months listed across the top so you can select any month.  I entered planning committee meetings for the year, team meetings, and already have some fundraisers on it.  There is also an option to create a recurring fundraiser - enter the info once and it is automatically placed on the days selected.  When entering information, you can assign colors for different events, i.e. one color for meetings; another for fundraisers.  When entering the information, there's a section to complete with more information that will pop-up when people click on the event.  If you want to check it out, go to our website, www.carteretrelayforlife.com, and click on the page for calendar.  Any questions - just ask!
