I am the Online chair and last friday was my Relay! My problem is now that my Relay is over all of the gifts that were posted are no longer there and the new offline gifts that I add do not post. It still shows the amount that they have raised just not the posts. and I need to fix one that I added after my Relay. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help?

Posting donations

Lindsey, can you clarify "...all the gifts that were posted are no longer there"? If you access EMC / Customer Service / Manage Participants (or Teams) / ... for a specific person or team, do you not see a posted donation under Gift History? Is the individual / team / Event total on the various public pages "light" by the amount you posted?

And what exactly happens when transactions "...do not post"?

Have you run a detailed participant or team fundraising report to validate the postings?

If individual / team amounts aren't displaying (but the Event total on the home page looks ok), go to EMC / Event Center / 2. Edit Event Options / a. Edit Advanced Options and make sure options 2, 3, 4 and 10 are checked "on". (10 especially; 2, 3 and 4 are specifically - and optionally - for the Top... boxes on the home page.)

I don't have admin access to High Plains Division Event sites, but you have a very strong support team in your Division. Drop an email to HighPlainsRelayOnline@cancer.org if you're stuck.

is there a possibility that instead of turning off the registration part, post relay, that someone accidentally turned off accepting donations?

Event status

Good point, Lisa. (Long time no "talk"...)

Quick way to check, Lindsey... EMC / Event Center / 3. Edit Event Status. "Accepting Gifts Only" should be selected.
