Deb, Were you able to attend the Strategic Conference in L.A.? I assume so, since you've already found your way here, but you know what they say about assuming.... :) The handouts in the first breakout, "Taking the "N" out of DNG Part I were fantastic for event evaluation, showing each committee where their strengths and weaknesses are, and then giving us tools to formulate a plan based on the results of those evaluations. If you'd like a soft copy, let me know and I'll be happy to send them to you! For recommitment, you could use the Partnership Agreement, but I'd like to know if there is another tool out there, too!
