Our "Top Teams" totals on the website haven't updated since sometime on Friday.  Is there some kind of known issue that's causing this?  Our event is www.relayforlife.org/mecklenburgcounty.  Thanks!

Top teams totals not updating

According to the High Plains Division Relay Online Resource Center, as of 4/28, this issue has been corrected by Convio.

Team totals not updating

As of 3;50 Eastern, Monday, 4/27...South Atlantic Division reports this is a known problem that has been escalated by NHO to Convio for resolution.

Team Totals not updating

Us too!  Our event is this Saturday, May 2 and teams are really interested in their totals right now.  We're in Michigan too.  I have a message in to my staff partner, but doesn't sound like any quick solution is coming. 

If anyone else is affected, please post so the magnitude of the problem is shown.  Hope now that its clear multiple cities/states are involved something can be fixed soon.

Oh I am so glad that it isn't just me ( sorry)- but I am in Michigan and it is totally frustrating. Does anyone have the answer and/or the fix? Thanks, Pam
