We have been fortunate to secure a sponsorship from a local radio station who is willing to do a live remote at our event as well as pre-event promotion of our May Day for Relay activities and our team fundraisers.  This is our first time to have a live remote and I am interested in hearing about any other relays that have used one before - what is the best way to get the most use from this?  We are looking at having them for about 1 hour before the event starts for interviews and information an then to cover about an hour of the opening of the event.  Please share any success stories or best practices.
