On the list showing the top teams, the name showing for our top team is incorrect.  When I click on the name, the correct team page comes up, but the name on the list is wrong.  Where and how do I fix this?

Thanks!

Esther

Updating the team name

Esther, EMC / Customer Service / Manage Teams / <team name> / Manage / Edit Team Details.

The name of the team that appears on the team page may have been updated via team page edits by the TC, but the actual team name as shown in top team boxes, reports, etc..., needs to be modified via the EMC. (TC can also do it via participant center / team progress, but this is the surer way to do it.)

team name

The name of the #1 team is Sugarmill Elementary (they were previously Sugarmill Survivors).  The name on the top team list is Camden County G.  We have a team named Camden County Government Employees, and they are #4.  The Sugarmill team name has never been Camden County G.

I have gone into Event Manager, but have no idea where to go to fix this.  Our Event Manager has tried to correct it also and it has not worked.  Can you give me further guidance?  If you want to look at the site, it is www.relayforlife.org/camdenga

Thanks

Team ID# corrupted in Convio

Esther, there's a database corruption on the Camden County Relay site.

If you mouse over the Top Teams box on the home page, you'll see that "Camden County G" points to the Sugarmill Elementary team page (look for the team_id=353377 on the status bar at the bottom of your browser). And sure enough, as you note above, it lands on the Sugarmill Elementary team page (whose Convio id is 353377).

I've done what you have...checked the EMC / Customer Service / Manage Teams and it's all ok.

So, the only conclusion I can come up with is that the team record has been corrupted in the "Constituent 360" database (the Convio master database). I no longer have access to that database, so I'll log a ticket in with South Atlantic Division to investigate.

No joy for the Sugarmill Elementary team who deserve the recognition for raising almost $4500 so far, but hopefully, we'll resolve this quickly.
