Hi,
This year my relay team has decided to do a In Home fundraising party. We have heard of other teams doing this. So I am looking for information, tips and advice on doing this. I have had a Partylite party at my home before and I recieved a bunch of cool stuff. In the case of fundraising I don't want the stuff how does that work. I would like to earn money for our team donations.
Thanks in advance
Melisa

Hi, I am a Partylite consultant and I wanted to let you know about the new fundraising program. There are special things you can order and your group would get 50% of the sales.
Here is a link that has all the info.

You can e-mail me as well if you have any questions, I would be happy to get you started.

I am a tastefully simple consultant and we actually have a program set up. Sample, you have 10 sellers and each one sells 25 items, approximate profit for your fundraiser is 450.00 Let me know if you are interested and I can send you something. In addition I can ship natiowide, so even if you are in another area/state I can still make it work.
Hi Melisa!
You should check out a variety of direct sales (home party / network marketing) companies. Some companies have actual fundraising programs but others do not. Often times, the sales rep will create a fundraiser for you. Some sales reps are more likely to help you out than others so check around. I used to sell Silpada jewelry. The hostess rewards were fabulous (30% & sales are usually pretty high). The hostess & I agreed that she could take 1/2 of the hostess jewelry, I would take the other 1/2. I then gave her 1/2 of my cash profit towards the fundraiser & I got 1/2 the cash profit. So, the hostess got over $500 in free jewelry plus over $500 towards her Relay team. It worked out wonderfully!
Good luck!

What I am doing is donating a portion of my profit check to relay as well as using my hostess credit for tealight samples to hand out for fundraising as well as using the credit for gift items to put together a basket for our silent auction at the Relay event.
Hope that helps!
As a PartyLite consultant I don't believe there is a way to convert your hostess credit to cash unless your friends wanted to buy the items from you. Check with your consultant. PartyLite is supposed to be starting up a fundraising section. Hope this helps
Thank you for your ideas. At my team captain meeting last night I got more information. I guess the consultant would donate a portion of thier income toward our team fundraising. Also any free or discounted items earned could be used as a raffel item or door prize.
