How about a "Just One More?" Campaign

A couple of ideas:

1. Get a great prize donated that anyone involved with your Relay who agrees to "split off" and form their own team is entered to win (make sure they don't steal team members, but find new ones) - you could have a parent donate a nice gift - dinner for the "new" team that raises the most, or just a drawing for any of the "split off" teams...

2. "Invite a friend" - ask each team captain to invite a friend who is not involved to the next team captain meeting.

3. Challenge your committee - ask them to find one more person to be involved (whether that person joins an existing team or starts their own).

4. Figure out who you haven't asked to be part of Relay, and ask them. Sounds stupid, but the #1 reason people aren't involved is that THEY WERE NOT ASKED!!!!
