We have activities set up at for the relay, but are there other things I should be doing for that night? Someone mentioned posters or something around the track. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

This year, we are having a Mission Moment Tent at Relay. We are working with our Health Initiatives Staff partner to have an area where she can set up a television and video player, and a table with some chairs. She'll have an hourly presentation - starting after some of the main acitivities have occurred (maybe about 10pm) through the wee hours of the morning - about 5 or 6 am. Probably no more than 8 presentations in all. She'll round up various videos of the different offerings and information that ACS provides. For each video, she'll have accompanying flyers and information.
We're looking at the Mission Moment tent as being a place where participants can sit down for 15 minutes and see where their money is going or how they can become more involved with the American Cancer Society.
I'm excited about it. I'll let you know how it works out!
You can find sample track posters (you can post on stakes) at:

Here are great activities for your event - a Road to Recovery Rally (around the track with cardboard box cars), a Scavenger Hunt, Cancer Control Jeopardy, and more.
