For those of you that are going Green....do you have a committee that takes care of things? 

Is there anything else you've tried besides the recycle boxes?

I love the idea of using Relay as a time to also try to be more environmentally friendly, but I honestly don't know a lot about it.  Obviously recycling, but are there other things that we could do?  I'd like to bring it up at our next committee meeting, but need a little more info.
