Posting a link to a document is a two-step process.  First, you must upload it to your Document Library in the Event Management Center. Instructions for this are on page 18 in the manual.  PDF file format is preferred for posting documents to the web. Then once the document is in your Document Library in the Event Management Center, follow the instructions on page 20 for linking to that document on web pages.
