I am the Online Chair for the North Leon Relay. We are doing a Web Warrior Challenge. The team with the most points by the event will win the Web Warrior award to be presented at Wrap-Up. You earn points by registering your team online, paying your reg fee online, sending out emails through the Relay website, online fundraising, etc. To see a complete breakdown of the points visit our event website at www.relayforlife.org/northleonfl, click on Virtual Cancer Fighter Online Challenge under the For Teams section in the purple nav bar. Just an idea. In the month that it has been going on we went from $628 online dollars to $3623 online dollars and from 195 participants online to 269 participants online.

I use the Participant Performance report that you can pull with Event Manager access. I then use Pivot tables to roll up the info, this report will tell you online money raised, emails sent, etc. I can send you one of the reports I have created a Pivot Table with so you can see. There is a little manual calculation. We have about 40 teams and it takes me about 30 min. to do the tracking. I do it once a month before the team captain meeting. Oh my gosh Kaseyann, I LOVE this idea! I've been trying to come up with an idea to get our Relayers more excited about using the website, but kept falling short. This is such a brillant idea! Who doesn't like a little friendly competition? Mind if I borrow the idea? My only question, how do you keep track of all the points? It kinda seems like a huge task to keep track of everything. Do you have an easy system?
