I can't seem to figure out how to send out a group of e-mails to my fellow relayers and committee members. Does anyone think they could please help me? I'm new to the position and am slightly confused.

Sending emails

Michelle, are you validated as a Relay Online Chair (for access to the Event Manager for your Relay site)? Broadcast emails to all Relayers (current year and past) and to subsets ("groups", such as Committee chairs) can be sent from your Relay site's "Event Management Center", but you must be validated for access by your ACS Staff partner.

If you are validated for the EMC, go to www.SouthAtlanticROCN.org and click on "Implementation Guides". You'll find a tuturial on setting up and distributing broadcast emails.
