some place I heard or read about having a pizza place put luminaria forms to the pizza boxes. I think it is a great idea and want to approach some pizza places but need more information on how it is done. Do I just give them a bunch of our forms and the people mail them back to ACS?

Luminaria forms on pizza boxes
Our Luminaria forms are printed with an address for people to mail them back to with their donation(s). That way, if they print the form off our website, they have means to return it.
