Hello,

Can anybody help me with information on uploading documents?  I would like my event's participants to be able to access a document where they can print off extra receipts for offline donors.  In the event manger I can figure out how to upload the document, but then don't know how to make it accessible.  I would appreciate any help anyone could offer.  Thanks!

Uploading docs and forms

You need to be validated as an Event Manager for your Relay Website to do this. If you're not, have your Relay Online Chair upload the document for you.

First suggestion, though...Make sure you upload a PDF file. Not all Word docs display as intended on various PCs, so first convert to PDF so the results are presented and printed consistently.

If you have Event Manager access, click here for the list Relay Online Chair Network (ROCN) Implementation Guides. Select the "Miscellaneous EMC Functions" IG; page 4 has the details on uploading and presenting documents on your Relay Website pages or main menu.
