An idea that is working well for Nance Rifanburg in the Lakes Region is at every committee meeting they have a Holy Cow Award.  Every time someone shares a good idea at a meeting, they throw the person a "holy cow".  Nance bought inexpensive plastic cows from Oriental Trading Company, and whomever has collected the largest number of cows at the end of the season will get a Relay prize.  The committee loves this!
