We are hoping to do a Mr. Relay Pagenat at our event. Does anyone have a great hand out or flyer that would explain this event to our committee and team captains?
Thanks!

We are holding a Mz. Relay pageant as part of our onsite fundraising and are doing the usual--men dressed in evening gowns, having girly names, asking pageant questions & declaring the winner as the one who gets the most donations in his--I mean HER--purse. The twist we are going to put on this competition will be to have all the contestants line up in the center of the track & do the 'Macarena'. This in itself would be worth having a cover charge!

Our Mr. Relay pageant was a big hit at our event on May 2nd. The beauty queen who won raised over $800! The contestants made the front page of the local paper and people are still talking about how hilarious it was. Check out our pictures on flickr.com.

**Pay close attention to the group shot with the arrow in the center--it's the video of the contestants dancing the Macarena. So funny!**
We plan to hold this again next year.

I don't know if this will help you at all BUt.... I will take a stabb at it. Our Relay every year holds a miss relay pageant but it has a twist miss relay is for the guys....lol a guy or guys from each team dress up in womens dresses or clothes, wigs make up etc... and the team captain and other team members create a biography for the girl or girls....( guys) you give them a girls name even if you use his name but give it the girly touch..lol ( I.E Aaron would be Erin). Then we hold the pageant in the middle of the track and we have someone ( I.E a DJ) on a mic introduce the girls and read their biography's to everyone. We then give the girls (guys) 1 hr to walk around the track in their girly attire and try to raise money from people at relay at the end of 1 hr the Girl ( guy) that raised the most money wins the pageant. Hope this might help you in some way.
