How do I upload forms, like our womanless beauty pageant entry form to our event's website for teams to be able to print themselves?

Ivy, first rule is convert your documents and forms to Adobe PDF format. This way, the printed document will be as intended (a user may have a different version of MS Word, may not have a font you used, etc...) If you don't have access to PDF converter software, contact your ACS Staff partner and he or she should be able to convert for you.
Once you have a PDF, it's uploaded to your Event site by your Relay Online Chair via the Event Management Center. Net: The file is uploaded into your Event library and a link to it is created on one of your Event pages. (The usual "click here for the pageant entry form"... approach.)
Post a reply to this thread if this didn't provide a satisfactory answer. Good luck with the pageant.

On your new activities page, enter the text "Click here for application form" (or some such descriptive text). Highlight the text and click on the hyperlink icon on the page editor toolbar (it's a chain link). A pop-up window provides a pull-down list of your uploaded docs; select it. I also recommend you specify the form come up in a new browser window so the user's primary browser session remains on the activities page.
Let us know if it works out.

When I click on the hyperlink icon, the pop up window is there with https://secure3.convio.net/tacs/mce/tinymce....., i click the drop down menu and it is blank. Then it stops responding and freezes my computer. I have to go into task mananger to end the program which then closes the whole page.
I've gone to manage event library and made sure that I did upload the document correctly.
Ivy, only thought is that somehow, a pop-up blocker on your PC is interfering.
In any event, I added the link for you. Check out your Activities page.

PS: No, I won't be entering. It'd be unfair to all the other ugly guys in Augusta County.
Hey Rick,
Me again....I have another file (Luminaria Form) that I need to create a link for. I turned off my pop up blocker, this time in the pop up box I got gibberish. This one needs to be under the Luminaria section in the event information column. Do you mind doing this one too? I am so sorry, I thought I could do this one.
