Please share some ideas for the inspiring things you do at your Kick Off.  I would like to do something like a luminaria ceremony, but on a smaller scale.  How do you remember those lost at the Kick Off?  I like the idea of breaking the Kick Off down into the three sections (Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back) but I'm not sure what to do for the Remember Section.

Mini Luminaria

We actually do the 15 min. mini Luminaria Cermony. We have bags with glow sticks, either lit in the bag or you can do the peom and have everyone break them and it lights the room as it goes around. We do a solemn song after the poem is read. This is all done preferably in darkness, but at least with lights dim. Good Luck!
