I received this message from a volunteer and I'm not sure what the solution is to her problem:
"Both Lauren and I have tried several times to register her team online, but with NO success! It keeps coming up "this is an active template, unable to retain info" what does this mean? Can you let me know what we are doing wrong? Thanks!"

Lauren, sorry you have not gotten a reply sooner...
In supporting many, many Relays, I've not encountered this problem so unfortunately I can only offer speculative guidance.
Have you tried registering the same team on a different PC? (Could be firewall / pop-blocker message, especially if the PC is on a corporate LAN.) Have you successfully signed up any team? (Could be an initialization issue with the event record.)
Net: I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I suspect a configuration issues.

One of the team members for our local school was trying to help a friend register, but instead changed the info on HER profile to her friend's. When I enter her e-mail in the profile modification screen it tells me that e-mail is associated with another account (this while I'm signed into the girl who mis-entered the information's account!). Her physical mailing address is also incorrect. It's showing her friend's info.
I'm also the online chair, but we've used Kintera in the past. This is my first year with Convio. I have tried to find a way to change the profile back (through event manager and the training guide as well), and thought I had that accomplished at one point, but I don't :(
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
