I was wondering if anyone has the proof and the tax deduction or whatever else I need for sponsorship and or donations.

Federal tax ID

Laura, contact your ACS Staff partner for the info. ACS is split into some 14 Divisions across the US (Ohio is a Division), each is a legal entity with its own Federal tax ID. Your Staff partner will be able to provide you the number and the suggested wording to acknowledge donations as tax deductible.
