We're moving our TCU from

We're moving our TCU from February to March. Over the last few years we noticed that we have an upsurge in team captains attending meetings in March.  We think that February was too early.  We'll let you know how it works out!

I'm new to the team captain

I'm new to the team captain arena but, as a professional trainer in the social work field, I would say add engaging and interactive activities to build excitement and cohesion, make the learning environment "surprising" and something they wouldn't expect, and yes - I agree with the other comment - FOOD!



Food and Free Stuff

I don't know if this is the kind of answer you're looking for, but I find food and free stuff always works when trying to get people to do something.
