We have a digital billboard donated before our event. Anyone ever done this and have any tips as how to do the file, etc?
Thanks

Well, as it turns out, the sign company already had about 4 templates that they had made for other Relays. They will just change the dates and places to fit ours and thats it! They are really nice and will look great as a digital advertisement!
Hi- you may have already found your answer since your post was from a few months ago, but usually the vendor will accept a high-resolution .jpg file. I'd recommend working with your staff partner as they may be able to utilize in-house creative services to help make sure your billboard looks great and follows American Cancer Society branding guidelines.
I'd also suggest you just include the website address on your billboard since motorists from neighboring communities may see it. That way they can go back to www.relayforlife.org and find their local event.
Good luck!
