We are looking to really make our 2nd year event a big success. We are looking to incorporate a team spirit point system and was looking for input from college events that have been successful with them on what they give points for.

Spirit points
We aren't a college team, but we use Relay Bucks as a Team Spirit competition.
We give out Relay Bucks for:
Attending Team Captain meetings
Campsite competiton
Team Dance competition
Participation in games throughout the night
Scavenger Hunt
Spontaneous acts of enthusiasum
Helping clean the event site
Last year we had a bit of extortion going on as one team kidnapped me (the event chair) and threatened to dump me in their little "swamp" unless they got Relay Bucks.
