As you approach and go through Relay week-end, please consider these steps for your Event site.

A few days before Relay (consult with your Luminaria Chair), disable the ability to buy Luminaria online.

• Via EMC / Event Website, edit the Luminaria page and delete the links and the paragraph that follow, Add a short statement that Luminaria will be available at the Event until 9 PM (or whatever).
  
• Via EMC / Event Website, delete any customized links you may have added to the left nav that point to the Luminaria ordering links. Scan your home page for links to the Luminaria order links.
  
• Via EMC/ Event Center /Edit Event Options / 2. Edit Event Options / Edit Advanced Options, uncheck option #13 - Luminaria gift credit.  This will remove the "Luminaria" button from Team and Participant pages.
  
• Pull one last Luminaria report for your Luminaria Committee.
  

Right after the Event, update your home page.

• Update the text of the home page to recognize your Event results, thank participants, etc...
  
• Via EMC / Event Center / Edit Event Option / 3. Edit Event Status, change the Status to "Accepting Gifts Only".
