My team is having a fundraiser this weekend with a train ride for the kids.  It was brought to my attention that I might want to have the parents sign a form stating that we're not responsible if somebody should get hurt. 

It saddens me that we need something like this to protect ourselves, but it's probably a good idea.

Any suggestions on how I could word something like this?  Thanks!!
