Training call schedule has been published (Posted 2/4/09)

Go to the ROCN site's Training Call page to view the schedule of 60 minute training calls.

Please note that you must be validated as an Event Manager for your Event Website to participate in this call. If you do not have EMC access, please open a Relay Online Help Request (via Help > Contact Us on your Relay Website) at least 24 hours before the training and you will be set up. Please include the following in your request:

  • Event Name
  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your full email address

National Relay Quilt (Posted 1/29/09)

The Relayers in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, have issued an interesting challenge...A massive Relay quilt to be constructed at their Event but shared across the nation, a la AIDS quilt. November enhancement release (Posted 12/16/08)

An IG for the November 2008 enhancements has been posted. Included in this release are several new and enhanced Event Manager functions, participant center email notification features and rich text editing of personal, team and company pages. The IG is also available on the ROCN site's IG page.

Participant and team page content missing (Posted 11/14/08)

The "Why I / we Relay" text boxes for participant and team pages appear to have been deleted on all South Atlantic Events. The issue has been reported to the Division team for immediate remediation. 
(As of 11/15 - Saturday a.m., this issue was corrected by the vendor.)

Reminder: Use the Returning Participant link (Posted 11/9/08)

In coaching emails, TC meetings and kick-offs, remind your participants that their FY08 email contacts and customized personal page content carries over to this year's Event if they sign in to this year's site with last year's username. The "Returning Participant..." log in link is right above the "Welcome to 2009 Relay For Life of..." line on the home page. (If you have someone whose account should have been validated as Event Manager and isn't, it's likely they failed to use the FY08 username in registering.)

July enhancement release (6/20/08)

Several enhancements were delivered for Relay Online 2009. These include:
  

  • Team member totals appearing in the team roster on the team page.
  • Ability to set a maximum team size
  • Email notifications to multiple email addresses can be sent when someone starts a team or registers with a  particular registration type.
  • Ability to schedule coaching email delivery
  • Ability to manage/edit email groups
  • More powerful WYSIWYG editing capabilities for customizing Event Web pages and emails.
  • Printable donation form includes a mail-to address.
