I have been asking various companies for donations and they are needing it on letterhead and the tax ID number. Can anyone help me out. What do I need to do or Who do I contact.
Every ACS Division is a legal entity, with its own Federal Tax Identification number. (You're in the Florida Division.)
Contact your local ACS Event's ACS Staff partner for the info and for guidance on the use of ACS letterhead.
By the way, you can push back a bit on that request from companies. They'll receive a confirmation of a donation made that'll have the necessary tax info on it, including the wording that "...no goods or services were provided in exchange for your donation."
