Our Accounting Chair and I don't live in the same town and see each other infrequently.  She's been copying all of the accounting sheets, individual donation forms, faces of team envelopes and mailing them to me for data entry.  We were wondering how other Events in similar circumstances handled the transfer of this information one chair to the other.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Other Events have validated the Accounting Chair (and/or team members, depending on the volume of data entry) for EMC access. If you want, have your ACS Staff partner validate the accounting team / data entry for limited EMC access, such as data-entry only.

Your Staff partner will have to submit to the SA Division team the person's name, email address, Event name, and access level desired.
