If you log into this year's EMC and are concerned to find your Event library empty, no worries.
It's all still there. Log in to your 2008 Event site (even if the status is Closed, you can still access the EMC).
Go down Event Center / Manage Event Library and you should find all of your doc and image files from last year.
It'll be tedious, but you can download them to your PC and re-upload them to this year's library. For documents, there's a download link; for image files, click preview and then right mouse click to save as...
For customized pages, go to EMC / Event Website and use the HTML Editor to copy and paste the source to Notepad and you can retrieve it later when you're ready to customize this year's pages.
