Sustaining gift transaction does not provide receipt (reported 10/15 by Debbie Jones, Carteret Relay) - "After I completed the transaction, I got a page that said, “Dear Friend, Thank you so much for your contribution…” Under the letter part of the email, there was this statement: “This is your gift receipt. Please Print this page and save for your records.” When I clicked on the blue highlighted “print this page”, I was taken back to the donation page – no receipt.
EMC / Event Website / Copy a Custom Page (reported 10/5) - Scenario: In attempting to copy a Webpage in the EMC, the delay is so long that the user may click on "Copy" more than once. After a 15 minute delay, multiple copies of the page may have been created. Workaround - Use "Create New" page until a fix is delivered. Status: Escalated to vendor for a fix.
Team name column missing (reported 10/1 by Debbie Jones, Carteret Relay) - When you click on “view participants” in the section entitled “Top Participants” on the home page – right hand side, you get three columns – name, team name, and donations. There is nothing showing in the team name column. Status: Reported to Division.
All reports look the same (reported 10/1 by Debbie Jones, Carteret Relay) - When you pull a report for uploads – both for participants and team names – you get an individual detail report. (In fact, any report produces the same detail report. Updated 10/5: Issue corrected.
eCard erroneously creates a new username (reported 9/25 by Casey Little, Region 4) - Scenario: I sent an E Card to myself and when I clicked on the Ecard...it takes you to your Events website...very cool. BUT, when I hit the "Home" link, it assigns me a username even though I'm already registered on that Event. Very real risk of confusing recipient of eCard. Update 9/30: Acknowledged as an issue by the vendor; no forecast date for delivery of a fix.
View participants / Search box goes to wrong site (reported 9/12) - Scenario: click on View Participants below "Top Participants" box on right edge of home page. Type any name in the "Search for Participant" box. You'll navigate to a test site. Update 9/19: Not confirmed by SA Division, but looks like this issue has been fixed.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem, but I have now had eight teams registered on our website that are not in our county. There have been teams from California, Georgia and Texas. I just had another Texas team register a couple of days ago. I filled out a ticket on it the first time and the problem could not be detected. I did a second ticket about three weeks ago - no one had the courtesy to respond. I'm not wasting my time doing it a third time, but thought I would post something here in case someone else has the same problem.
Granted, more teams is nice! But I want $$$ to go with them!
