On our first meeting:

The biggest challengie with sponsorship is that most companies have submitted their 2009 budget by Nov-Dec and it is usually too late by the time we appraoch these business. We usually have our offical Kick off in January; so let's get them early......

 I would like to ask that all our committee members help out with this iniative; even if it is just a few phone calls or emails. Getting the word out that there is a Relay downtown will be great.
