You can still stress year-round Relay by thinking outside the box. I don't know how successful you have been with the online fundraising. It still hasn't lived up to my hopes and expectations but I've tried to use the online presence for communication. You can still do that by grabbing yourself a domain name for your Relay and using a little webspace to post pictures from 2007-2008 and upcoming events and fundraisers. Most internet service providers (if you have internet at home you have a provider) give you some space. You can get a domain name for less than $20 a year from yahoo and then point it at your webspace. When the 2008-2009 becomes available you can repoint your domain to it or just add a link to it for the page you already created. Take a look at www.berkeleyrelay.org . I added this in July after our Relay and have asked people to post their pictures to our flickr group (assuming they do it right they will display in the slides).

Hopefully there will be some test/training available and hopefully the registration process will be streamlined this year and registration will be secondary to the communication and value the online tools bring.
