All you need is an old (clean) toilet, some purple paint, and a means of transporting it from yard to yard.

Then, the next morning, expect a phone call, and you'll have to move the toilet the next night to whichever yard the previous owner wants to send it to.

Most people send it to their own friends, so you can also include a note that says, "this toilet was sent to you by:______." This will help to avoid any irate phone calls.
