Hello. I'm with the Relay For Life of Newark, Ca and I could use some help. Last year I went to the Relay in Burlingame and was very touched by the bagpiper playing. Does anyone have contact info for some bagpipers who will play for little or no cost? The lowest price I've gotten was $250. Please help. Thanks!

I am with the RFL in Lakeville, MN...a suburb of Minneapolis, MN

 We have been using a bagpiper for years and it has been great. 

Try contacting the Minnesota Police Pipe Band (MPPB) at mppb.org

Although they are a local organization, they may be able to get you in contact with someone in your area.  We have not had to, so to speak, pay the piper, as they have always donated their time.

If you do have a piper, I strongly recommend Amazing Grace during the Survivor's Lap.
