My team would like to make and sell buttons that read "The reason I Relay" with a persons photo or name on it and would like the design to include the Relay's logo. We are considering custom making them for walkers at our camp site.

 

My question is:  Can we use the Relay for Life logo in the design or is it copyright protected?

Reason to Relay Button

It's a great idea. But, I think, it is considered to be copyrighted and  trademarked and cannot be used.  One of the teams from my relay had asked about using the logo and the team was denied because of infringement.
