Guidelines vary by Division and by Events, but... T-shirts aren't purchased; they are earned by someone signing up for a team and raising money to Fight Back. And, yes, some are earned by folks who provide in-kind support such as helping out at Relay; in that case, they can be included in the t-shirt order placed through your ACS Staff partner for your Event. But the idea is that if you wear a Relay shirt, you've earned by being a Relayer. One survivor's opinion... /Rick Rick,

Rick, My friend donated to the ACS/Relay yesterday and technically earned a shirt, although she certainly didn't expect one nor did she want anyone to go through any trouble getting one for her. Her very sweet and thoughtful attitide, and generosity, is what prompted me to look for a shirt so I could surprise her with it. Unfortunately it was too late to get a shirt for her as the event was today. The previous poster, Juli, was kind enough to give me information that helped me find a shirt online for purchase. ...But you can check on Ebay and various Relays will sell leftover shirts there. So if you like to collect shirts from various regions, you can get them there. You can also check Turnkey and get out of season shirts. Each year AFTER Relays, you can purchase that year's shirt at reasonable prices. Of course, it won't have anyone's Relay or sponsors listed on the back. And if you just want to wear Relay Gear while you are out fundraising, the various Relay Gear stores have all kinds of fun shirts at the gear stores. Thank you, Juli!
Thank you so much, Juli! Your response is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to purchase another shirt for friend, who lives out of state, that was unable to attend the Relay event. I was just talking about the event with her the other day and of course it is now too late to order a shirt for her. I was just looking for any Relay type shirts that still might be available so I could surprise her with one. I appreciate your kind, thoughtful and helpful response. I can tell that you are a sincere person that helps a lot to fight cancer. I am a cancer survivor so I'd like to say a sincere HUGE thank you for all that you do.
