What is the first step for setting up the Event Website? Our Event Coordinator does not know where to start and we need it set up so that the teams can sign up and start collecting online donations. Please help. Our event is in two weeks and we really need help.

Relay Online for US VI

Debra, USVI is supported by Florida Division, but I could not find a Relay Online site listed for St. Thomas in their list of Events. (Click on"Local Resource Information" at the top of the right nav.) I've also not been able to find a FL Division contact for you; none is listed on the Division page or on FL Division Event site Help pages.

I suspect USVI does not have a Relay Online site for 2008. My only suggestion is to escalate via your local ACS Staff partner contact to the Florida Division Relay team. If I dig up any more specific info, I'll post here.

Setting up Event Website

Thanks, I was afraid of that. Our local office is trying to go through the Puerto Rico office and it sounds like they don't know where to start to get the event site up ("island time"). Any help you can provide on how to get that started would be appreciated. If not, I guess it's back to pen and paper, bummer.

Relay Online for US VI

I did track down that Tracy.Donofrio@cancer.org is the Relay Online point person for FL Division, which supports Puerto Rico, and by extension, VI. It may be too late to get PR and VI online in 2008. Maybe 2009...
