Is it possible to make someone else a team co-captain? For example, I have two committee members who are not team captains, but might as well be, and have asked to be included in the team captain e-mails. I can certainly do this off-site, but it would be so much easier if there was a way to do it within Convio. Any thoughts?

Promoting a co-captain

A current TC can promote a team member to co-captain. TC signs in to his/her Participant Center; on the Team Progress tab, there's a team listing with a "Promote" link below each person's name.

Ironically, you can promote someone to TC from the Event Management Center, but not to co-captain. (Promoting someone to TC "demotes" the incumbent to team member.) Go figure.

I had noticed that - hence the question here... I'll pursue that avenue with their respective captains. Thank you for confirming that this was not a source of my craziness. :-)
