Last year I purchased Hugh R Hope bears for each of my committee members - but I had a small committee.
This year I purchased RFL Tote bags (on sales from Relay Wear) for about $6 each for a much larger committee but still small compared to some.
A personally written thank you note is always in order. For a large committee, consider a cook-out, or a picnic along with a "Certificate of Appreciation".
For a final gift it could be something as simple as taking your committee out to dinner (depending on size and of course budget) or you could always have a dinner party at your house. This way it might be easier to tie in your theme. I always enjoyed making Relay deserts :)
